• Encourage  Public goods from GCC, the authors will have grant continue to do it
• Send CBI to the researchers , producers, engineers , about 6 months
• Send grants to web3 community and DAO
• Build the study English and Crypto Thought together Club
• Build bridge with Ethereum international community and others
• Build the team to join hackathon eg: ETHDEV ,ETH DENVER, network state
